Refrigerator transportation
The organization of refrigerated transportation involves long-distance transportation of products requiring special temperature regime. (For transportation over short distances, often resort to isothermal transport.) The use of refrigeration equipment
The refrigerating machinery is chosen based on the particular type of product that needs transportation. We guarantee strict observance of a temperature mode in all conditions in accordance with the standards and requirements for safety of goods in different categories:
- products category A: eggs, milk, cheese, sausages, vegetables, fruits, juices and other beverages, cosmetics, medicines – the temperature for transportation from 0 to +12 C;</li>
- products category: frozen meat and fish – transport temperature -10 C to +12 C;
- products category: frozen food – transport temperature -20 C to +12 C.
Types of refrigerators
Perishable goods and goods requiring the maintenance of special temperature conditions, are carried in different amounts, and therefore their equipment is chosen based on economic feasibility. So for the transport of medicines or the limited batches of food over short distances (e.g. within the city) are small-size refrigerators. A refrigerated medium-duty trucks are used for transportation within the district or region. Major long-distance and international transportations are executed with the use of refrigerated trucks with large carrying capacity – to 20 tons, which greatly reduces the cost of the service.
Depending on the type of goods that need transportation, refrigerators have a different design. We use:
- refrigerators with built them refrigerators and freezers. Can have different size and capacity, as well as different temperature regimes. Suitable for carriage of most perishable goods;
- isothermal vans. Used for transportation of certain groups of food products on small distances. Integrated refrigerating and freezing equipment, and therefore is not able to maintain the desired temperature for a long time, but cheap to maintain and easy to operate;
- dual-chamber and multi-chamber refrigerators. Have separate compartments with different temperature regimes (negative and positive) that allows you to carry mixed loads at any distance. Suitable for transportation of all perishable foods and medicines.
